Don Fryer founded MHS in 1985 with his father Don
Sr. Since that time, he has led the expansion of the business
across Southern California, servicing the needs of a wide array
of clients making MHS one of the premier names in construction

Jay
Kerr
President, MHS
Mr. Kerr joined MHS in the fall of 2007. Prior to
joining MHS, he served as Division President for both DR Horton
San Diego and then Centex Homes San Diego. He brings over 30 years
of management, construction and development experience to MHS
and has been involved in the acquisition, development and construction
of well over 2 billion dollars in residential real estate across

Teresa
Frey
VP Operations, MHS
Ms. Frey has been with MHS for 16 years. In her
capacity as VP Operations, she is responsible for the day to day
field operations as well as sales and marketing. Ms. Frey is a
member of the BIA of San Diego, Riverside/San Bernardino, and
Orange County chapters, a Member of the Board of Directors of
the Specialty Contractors Council as well as a member of the Pass

Denise
Meyer
VP/Controller, MHS
Ms. Meyer has been with MHS for 14 years. In her
capacity as controller she is responsible for all accounting,
HR, banking/finance and business planning functions. Additionally,
she interfaces with lenders in the PPO/REO business. Denise@callmhs.com
Katrina
Butts
Managing Director, Sales and Marketing
Katrina Butts is the Managing Director of Sales
and Marketing for Residential Properties at MHS. She has an extensive
and wide range of professional experience in the real estate sales
and marketing arena. Prior to joining MHS as a broker, she was
the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Ryness Company
where she was directly responsible for the sales and marketing
of multiple accounts/properties throughout the San Diego region
at a volume that exceeded well over 1,400 units a year. Prior
to that, she has served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for the San Diego Division of DR Horton, directing all of the
sales and marketing activities for a multi million dollar operation
(+/- $350M/yr). Additionally, Katrina launched an 'in-house' realty
operation to augment the Division's reach into the market. It
was immediately profitable. During her tenure, she was instrumental
in growing the division into a top five national performer for
profitability and customer service. Many of her systems, reports
and methods were incorporated and deployed into the operating
